I think the meaning is that Taylor likes a boy named Drew (obviously, otherwise the guy might be Ricardo or Ian lol) and she knows he has a girlfriend he's nuts about, but he's still her friend while inside she's heartbroken.
This song is freaky related to me, too. I like this boy (A lot) and his name is Andrew (Drew is in all caps because of the boy in the song), and he has girlfriends all the time, and we used to talk a lot, but not so much anymore. Also I have two guitars (one I won at an auction, but the first my dad bought) and I write songs (or attempt to) on my guitar and often end up crying because I think of Andrew.
