This song can relate entirely to the relationship my ex-girlfriend and I had. We worked together and just fell for each other, I know they say trysts in the office don't work but we really had something and we really cared for each other but because of work I could not disclose it no matter how much we wanted to, if it was given I would have to leavr the company and go back to my country - disappear. I know this took a toll on our relationship, having to keep it a secret. I tried everything to make her happy, saying I love you stopped working, trying anything to make her happy was not working. She even admitted it that she found she just was miserable but still loved me when we ended it. It was just not meant to be.
