I like this song, cause for me it's some kind of. Joke. I think that the band is laughing at people who have almost everything and still complain. They have good jobs (and rich friends) so they hate hobos. They drive like crazy, that's why they hate other drivers. They have pretty wives, who sometimes merry them only for money, but the most important thing to them is their beauty (not their soul or intelect). They don't need love, just s**, and always have too little money (although they have plenty). They are jerks ("I tell her she's a nice piece of ass") and can't understand that. :) And about "sound like other bands". I love Pearl Jam. In 1991 (great year for music) I was 14. Thanks to "guitar" music of 90's I am who I am. This is post-grunge band (like Nickelback and many more). We'll see how many of them survive more than a few years on top and creates their individual sound (like pj). And will become great. Maybe none of them. But for today they play pretty good stuff so it's pleasure to listen to some of their songs. Of course it's just mine opinion.
