My mother used to sing us this song. All of us three siblings have gone to college almost at the same time and that kept us from home especially me since my university was in far away city. Everytime we were complete (family gatherings and semestral breaks), she sings this song, it made her cry. It made me cry and this song was etched in my heart. And now I'm working and way too independent, I look back to this song and always see my mother's tears when she sang this song. I miss her, I miss my family.
