There are two Science Fiction stories, one in each verse and each followed by the chorus. The first is about an space traveller, presumably travelling at relativistic speeds, writing to his lover about her replica malfunction when he was has sex with it. However when he talks about her not being frozen, he reveals she was underage in the first place. The second is about a clone, who is aware of his identical nature of himself to his fellow peers and considers even flaws to be valuable assets possessed by non-clone humans. Even his poem, an ode to freedom as expressed by identifying with birds, references his dislike of his lack of individually which he equates to being caged.

This is a song someone living in a English terraced house in the 60s, naively expressing his lack of understanding about why his elderly neighbours don't appreciate his love of loud music, his being overly familiar with them and his excessive use of drugs leading both to altered states (drifting away) and singing in an outside restroom (a khazi). Instead the singer would prefer to just relax with his friends and (presumably) get stoned.
