I think the meaning of the song is that people in the world are to busy looking for the beautiful things to release that the one you could be looking for is right in front of you. Also it means that everything in the world is ugly because everyone is trying to be like someone else so they can fit in that they won't be themselves. The song is trying to tell people that being different is good because not everyone in the world is the same and it wouldn't be a very good life if everyone in the world was the same because everyone would like the same things and do the same things and that life would get boring if everyone was the same. It also tells people that you should stop trying to be like other people and just be yourself. When I first listen to this song I didn't know what the meaning was but as a listened to it more and more and more I learned that they were trying to say is that you shouldn't be the same as other people, you should be different and do your own things in life cause being the same isn't good.
