Well, to me, this song is about moving on adter some bad stuff has happened in life. Chester sings about "Waiting for the end" and just letting sadness consume him while wanting to "trade this life for something new" while Shinoda raps about moving on and to "forget it, let it all disappear". Forgiving oneself for his/her's past action.
This song is currently my favorite lp song. It's a great song that's helped me irl.
