I was severely abused when I was really young. Actually from the time I was born until I was 10 years old. I am now 16, and stronger than ever. So this is what I think when I hear this song. Telling my abusers I am now stronger, and I didn't let what happened to me ruin my life. They tried to tear me down and they did not succeed.
