The lyrics to "Tecato" were written by Pete Gardner, and he should be given recognition for his contribution to this eye opening and amazing tune! As a former longtime resident of the Santa Barbara County Jail starting in 1984 due to my marriage to heroin & cocaine, I can absolutely relate to this song and the thoughts and feelings expressed, Pete fuckin' NAILED IT!!!!
