I love tis song. I believe this song talks about when things in life stack up on your shoulders(metaphorically) and make life hard. I love the fifth verse the most. When he talk about the crow. I believe the Crow represents death and his keys represent his life. The crow is mocking him with his keys, and he is come close to death and doesn't know how he got there. The last verse says that he is not someone new, but the stacks on his back (the pain and suffering he had brought on himself) are being realeased.

In my opinion, the song talks about doing things despite society. " we must take every medcine to expensinve now to sell. Set fire to the preacher who is promising us hell. and in the ear of every anarchist that sleeps but doesn't dream we must sing, we must sing, we must sing" I believe that this is a way of saying, we're going to take drugs and do whatever we want and when the preacher is promising us hell, we'll bring him hell for judgeing us. We will join the "sinners" and sing with them, because apparrently they have no heaven to go to. Saying instead of fearing tommorrow, because of death or pain, let's go for it. We must plunge. We'll pretend we fit in with the choir and when we will run when we feel like there is something wrong. And the last line, to me means, I don't have to be anybody. I will die with nothing to my name and be happy about it.
