I think Tyler is bored with his current relationship, and has met an exciting new love interest. He is inviting the young lady to set his house on fire (i.e. ruin his marriage/relationship) because she can bring him passion that he has not experienced in a long time. "This house is mighty cold" refers to the emotionless state of affairs in his current situation. Him saying that his "boots are tough enough to go" means that he is willing to leave and accept the ramifications of divorce or turning his home into "cinder and smoke.
