This song tackles about the hardship in life that a rich teenager encounters.
Chaos, the cat which is seen in the video and the teenager (Kathryn) had some problems (thus discord). It all started when the teenager commands Chaos to climb walls, but obviously he never bothered (2nd verse).
Chaos was mad at the teenager because she kept her in a dark room (oh so gloomy) and calling her her name which is an insult. The teenager tortured the cat into spirals, into riddles and into puzzles.
Chaos now abandoned his owner (he took left, she took right). The teenager, hurt and bitter now wrote this song for her beloved cat who "does not really know her".
