The song can be interpreted by the lyrics or the video. If you watch the video, you see that it's about a movie set that Taylor is on and she has feeling for her fellow actor. They are dating then and she knows the relationship won't work out but she wants him to remember her. She tells him that she knows it won't work out but she always wants him to remember her. She's saying "remember me in my nice dress with my red lips and rosy cheeks". Then near the end of the video she is devastated because the man has already moved on and has married another woman because it shows the ring. She says "remember me, even if it is just in your wildest dreams." She runs out and the man tries to catch her because he obviously just realized he still has feelings for Taylor. I don't know who this song is about, but I honestly hope her relationship with Calvin works out.
