I think this song is about drugs. PeterPan is supposed to represent some type of drug in which the person uses to escape from depression. "NeverLand" is supposed to represent getting high. Captain Hook is depression, anxiety, (or whatever mental illness the person has )that usually attacks him but with PeterPan he is able to defeat him. "Lost Boy" means depressed, suicidal people are now free with using drugs.
