A story of suicide and those affected. One a man who is trying to keep his (what i assume to be) ex from pushing her self down.
The other is the ex dealing with suicidal thoughts and the feeling of being insignificant. But the most important part of the story is the chorus which i believe to be a narrator of sorts.
The chorus stands as an important reminder to depressed listeners and the character. That tomorrow will be better and you should just let it cool off because "it's not your time."
