Twin Obscenity is a Norwegian death/black metal band. They borrowed their name from the Cthulhu Mythos, . Twin Obscenity was founded in 1991 when singer/guitarist/keyboardist Atle Wiig met bassist Jo-Arild Toennessen, who had previously been playing with drummer Knut Naesje.
