Third Day – Born Again lyrics

This song, to me, is about my Dad. The day he died. He suffered so much with cancer. He was broken beyond repair. He stated that he had no idea that he would have to suffer so much to find his best friend, Jesus Christ the Lord. He was walking one day, went into the hospital the next day and never walked again before he died 5 months later. Today he is born again, breathing for the first time, he is moving! Praise God.

When a lost person/soul is into fulfilling flesh needs like drinking, smoking, jealousy, fear, doubt, greed, lust, faking for attention, faking to escape, sin in thoughts, astrology, tarot reading, oracle reading, plan chet (callin spirits), numerology, face readings, sign readings, feng shui, vaastu shashtra, stealing, spoiling wedding bed. Is da time that they are possessed by these spirits. Or. In other words they are attacked by these spirits to continue these habits and make them a lifestyle. But when this same person/soul is introduced to jesus through some way and if he is touched by his spirit. He becomes the lucky chosen 1. That's when the person all of a sudden feels the desperate feeling to know him more. And 1 fine day with the help of the word and prayers he casts out all those spirit off his life and gets prepared for baptiss. Fellows. Being a born again is like an entry to heaven. But b4 that you have to be strong in spirit keep all in prayer know hell so that you would. T want anyone to go there for eternal. And be a true warrior to fight satan. As its said the time has come he is batting in his last innings so he is attacking as many as young adults to drag them to hell. Remember one thing he never gives anything for free. He drags it to hell. But. Jesus gave away his life to take our sins please let us stand for jesus and kick satan on his face. Let us all have the power to cast out satan's evil spirits so that he would think twice before sending any of his spirits. Lets gear up to bold him! Lets keep our weapon ready on us. Bible. Being on my 12th and last lifetime here on blessed earth, absorption of all that god has to teach me, comes into play. This is the lifetime that my soul is completely set free to be the sponge. Taking it all in, every smile, tear and hopelessly optimistic thought. When you know you are not coming back, and your next job depends on what you have learned here with all of those lifetimes under belt. You can't help but to feel the guru coming out and you know in your heart you can't get any closer to god than this moment on earth. :)

This song reminds me of when I was awakened to christ again last year at my bible camp in yosemite. I met my boyfriend there and I love him so much. He's so poetic and he taught me to love the teachings of the lord more than I ever had. To me, he is my guardian angel. He worries so much when it's unnecessary and it always feels like he's there to pick me up when I'm down, to set me straight and say those encouraging words. It feels like I'm born again.

My brother was killed on his harley 2008. He had a very hard childhood all different kinds of abuse and neglect from my father. My mother led him to the lord. He was born again he loved jesus. He had a hard life with drugs and alchohol. He was clean for 3yrs before died. But the las 2 wks he started to fall back into the drugs and alchohol. When I heard this song I saw my brother get up from his dead body on the ground and he started singing the words to born again by third day. It gave me more peace to know that this is my brothers song now. He is born again into a new life he never could have imagined. I know he loved jesus with all his heart. Wendy from albq.
