By watching the video and hearing the lyrics my best guess is that he had killed his girlfriend then became unstable and jealous of every other male as he couldn't get his girlfriend out of his head and saw her everywhere he turned. She vanishes in one of two scenes of the video for example in the club and again at the end. My opinion is that this guy is just being crushed by his jealousy and regrets.

I say the song is about exactly what the title says, a crush. Many people fantasize about that one guy or girl, and in there mind that person seems so perfect. These fantasies are best left forgotten but always come back, and sometimes spills over into reality. And as fate would have it, you usually find out the true nature of this perfect person find, and either can't handle it and act out, or not understanding why, and blame yourself for it.

As I've watched the video and music it represents the sentiment of a guy who probably killed his GF out of an outrage that she might be cheating on him. Later on, he starts to regret his decision. Every time he sees another guy it reminds him how all this thought leads to this ill fate for his GF. Now he just feels empty and crushed.

The song is about trying to protect your loved one from drugs and how she eventually perished to them and what kind of mark it left in him and his sanity. The violence in the music video is aimed at dealers and grown from his frustration of not being able to keep her clean. In the end you see how he reconciles with her memory for trying to keep her safe while he's left to face the consequences of his violent and delusional grief.
