To me it means that god calls you to help the people he loves which is everyone and you may not feel like doing something you may feel like you will get made fun of but for me personaly I refuse to make an excuse or wait for someone to do it for me because they will not do it god didn't call them to do the same thing as me he called me to do this.

I think we are all called to this, and remarkably it's not just a call to minister to the lost, but to one another. The church as a whole has suffered greatly in these latter years, failing to rightly interpret who and how we are to be not only to the lost, but to one another. Many of us are sick and wounded, we have lost perspective. Being righteous doesn't mean being perfect, we hurt and we fail daily and without the support and encouragement from a community of fellow believers, we only fall further into our despair, and deeper into errant beliefs, corrupting our identity in christ. Simply, we are our brothers keeper.
