I think this song is about suicide. "crying out in pain but no one knows how to find you you're lost in darkness crying out in vain but no one knows how to reach you you're lost in darkness again" someone who is suicidle will cry out for help but won't always say they're thinking about committing suicide so nobody helps them. They're lost and don't know what to do. "by her hair he drags her in the street he's free of others eyes, there are no glances she cries for help with a gun to her cheek but no one comes nobody listens" anyone can be depressed and suicide and nobody will even know. Nobody looks at them because they seem to be normal.
Well this is just what I think of the song. Even if I'm wrong I'm still gunna believe this is right. But either way I definitely get a weird vibe every time I hear this song.

I think that the girl must be sad or depressed, she feels awful ("cause all that i hear the devils wishes"). She would like to be understood, but she hasn't got anyone. She needs someone to help her and she finds a wrong person. She fall in love with that 'he". He doesn't feel nothing for her, maybe she tells he that she's madly in love and he answers her brutally. She feels that her whole life and love was wasted and she kills herself. (yes in the song he shots her but he could kill her by not loving her back). Her depression and the feeling it's not worth living is shown by the lyrics "i can't find my inspiration" a few moments before dieing, she realizes that she was wrong again, she didn't have to kill herself, life could go on. (crying out again.

She's on some drug that's sending her mad and making her and thinking the devil is talking to her and making her do things. But when she's tries to call for help, there's no one around to help her and if there is someone there, they don't know how to help her. So her last resort is suicide to get away from "the devils wishes". Her being "lost in darkness" means she all alone, and doesn't know how to get out of the darkness.
All in all, amazingly good song! ♥
