Aaron Lewis, (born , 1972 in Rutland, Vermont), is the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of the post-grunge group Staind as well as a Grammy nominated songwriter. Lewis grew up, largely, in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. He is of Jewish-Russian descent.
